A few years ago I was given a copy of this book and right away thought it was great. Though it says 'For Counseling Women', I know this book to be of value to moms. It gives a list of subjects including things like abortion, death, fear, marriage, temptation, unsaved spouse and includes 75 topics in all. Under each topic you find simply scripture dealing specifically with that subject. No ramblings from an author on their opinion on the matter, just verses. It's nice to be able to look up quickly what verses you need to help explain something to your children. Of course, that's for people like me who don't have the whole bible memorized and ready for all those deep questions kids have.
